Morning practice
Gratitude
Wisdom
Santoṣa is not forced cheerfulness. In classical Yoga it is a niyama fruit: training attention so the mind can rest in enough without collapsing ambition into chronic lack. Gratitude practice is a modern doorway into that training — naming what supports you today so comparison does not own the whole field of awareness. You can still grow goals while refusing to treat the present as a failed draft of the future.

What blessings do I overlook?
Practice
Each evening write three concrete supports you received today — people, skills, or conditions — without ranking them against someone else’s life.
